After ordering on-line it arrive on time and was delivered safely. Easily assembled I am very happy with the chair! It has good lumbar support and is adjustable to my height - short! - and I like the ability to set the amount of "rocking" that it does. We may purchase another one for my husband!

This chair is incredibly comfortable and the quality of the leather is quite good considering the price point. It continues to get more and more noisy though. Leaning back I get a pretty substantial "clunk" that seems to get worse with time. I have re-torqued bolts but it doesn't seem to matter. Additionally there are trim pieces that are supposed to snap into the arm sections. These don't like to stay in place and because they are press-fit plastic I'm afraid to nudge them with a hammer. Aesthetically this chair really is beautiful and comfortable but the noise it makes is increasingly annoying.

For the price this is a fantastic chair. Cushion is great and reclines just enough to relax. The arm rest cushion is a bit weak but other than that.. excellent chair
