Easy to assemble and seems solid. Instructions said to start bolts by hand but those in the recessed areas needed to be started with the provided wrench. Test of time will determine if it merits 5-stars.

This chair is more comfortable in my office than the one in the store and that one was broken in. Time will tell the quality but it seems very good. Easy to assemble looks good and is much more comfortable the one I have had for 20 years. Unless something has a major change I think I would tell everyone to buy it. By the way this chair is wider than I would consider normal which makes it even better.

We purchased this chair for our son for college. Because colleges have transitioned to remote and distance learning instruction we knew he was going to be sitting at his desk a lot! So comfort is important. I liked the description of this chair and that it is comfortable for sitting for long hours. I also liked that this chair is quite roomy and perfect for those on the taller side. Our son is 6' 6" so sitting in a standard chair just doesn't work for him. With this McCallum chair he has plenty of space for his long legs and the arm rests are longer so he can rest his whole forearm on it rather than just his elbows. It spins and rotates smoothly the seat height adjusts easily and it's a nice light grey color. He's been at WSU for 2 weeks now and loves this chair!
