The chair was a great online deal ($70 sale + $30 coupon) and was delivered the day after ordering. It's slightly firmer than what I probably would have bought had I shopped in the store but overall it's comfortable and nice quality.

I like my chair! It's very comfortable and elegant. I chose grey for the "pop" effect in my home office and I'm happy about that choice. I gave 4 stars only because assembling it took longer than I thought it would and the issue was with screwing the back rest in and making it stay up. My advice to potential buyers don't tighten the screws in altogether until you've been able to get the back rest to stay up like you could comfortably relax your back in/on it. I've used it for almost a week now and hope it's durable.
