The front of the left armrest pad has become detached. The plastic stud broke off. The broken post piece sits in the receiver socket. The covered pad on top of the armrest is free from the hard plastic arm.

This chair was perfect at first. After using it for a couple of weeks it is still very comfortable but it’s a bit noisy. Every time I move in the chair that base makes a lot of noise. I’m worried at some point it’s just going to break all together.
