The chair is basically OK but the seat is too wide. After three months of usage the arm cushion came loose no way to fix it.

This chair is like sitting on a comfortable sofa! I work from home it provides great back support seat & back cushioning & padded arms are excellent. Quality is high throughout. I'm 5'8" and the height adjustments are good for the desk I use. The color is charcoal gray not light gray wish they offered other colors. Warranty is 7 years. Bought on sale at local Staples for just $123 (orig $189) sales rep also assembled it for Staples price of $15 it was ready in an hour & fit in back seat of small SUV. Definitely recommend!!

After using the chair for just a few days I found it to be very uncomfortable for me at least because I am short and relatively old. I personally did not fit well in the chair as I am about 5ft 6" my body could not comfortably reach the back of the chair and the back leaned to far back without the ability to adjust forward. I would have liked to sat in the chair prior to purchase but unfortunately Staples had closed most of the stores in my area. I did find 1 store at University in Bradenton FL about 15 miles from my home but that store did not have one in stock or on the floor.

Chair is comfortable easy to maneuver and tilts well Leather feels smooth to the touch. Only problem is screw covers will not stay in place. Well worth the money.

Now that I finally have it assembled. I recall one reviewer mentioned it’s super easy to assemble; however you will need two people. The directions are very helpful. Follow the directions. I just hope it holds up well for a few years.

With all the changes due to the Corona virus I was on my computer for hours. I am a therapist and am now doing Telecounseling. I needed support for my neck and back. This chair is ergonomically made to help with these problems. It is so comfortable. The young man that helped us in the Brunswick store was so nice knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend it.
