We ordered this chair as I work from home now. There was a manufacturing issue we called staples and they sent us a new one (we had to take apart the old one and Pack it back in the box and drop off at staples). They immediately sent another. There was a similar manufacturing issue and now we have to do it all over again. Super frustrated I have a bad back so this has been difficult to deal with

My chair was purchased in January. This my second chair just like this. The recent one from January is not holding up well at all it leans when sitting straight up with good posture. leans like if you move you may fall over if you move right in particular. will not be buying this same chair again. The seams on arm is falling apart and separating.
