loved it until today heard a loud cracking noise and the chair is now tiltedand broke. used it for 5 days. I bought 2 of these and was hoping that it would be a good chair for my back. Disappointed. Unless it is just a bad one.

Very comfortable chair nice looking too. The assembly is a challenge as other reviewers mention. If you are not into challenges of course Staples can pre-assemble your chair for a fee. The best thing with the screws going into the chair from the arm rests is to reach into the openings on the cushion sides where the screws go in and push the material down and away from the nuts inside the chair and clear away any debris inside where the screws go into the nuts. Then expose the nuts at the surface of the chair; and then push the screws in through the armrests and they should take. Do not screw down tight until all of the screws are in and have taken the connection. This will allow you to move the chair cushions and finish the work a lot easier. Once everything is in place then tighten. The rest of the installation is straightforward.
