Terrible Workmaship

We have bought tens of chair of this kind with no issue. The one we receive the backrest input for the screws were misaligned and the bonded leather was ripped around the area. Lets hope the replacement will be okay.

MISSING A KEY FEATURE

The chair is very comfortable and it tilts backward to many different angles but it doesn't tilt forward. For someone who often leans forward while sitting at my desk my back does not rest on the chair.
