Poor manufacturing quality control.

One of the arm bolt holes wqs not drilled through and worse the outside was not counter sunk to the proper depth. Even after drilling out the hole to fix the first problem the bolt was too short to seat in the frame. I ended up having to get a longer bolt and washer to be able to assemble. The chair in the store was very comfortable. The one I bought is much firmer and bothers my lower back and lower thighs. Hopefully that will work itself out.

This chair is super comfortable. I am a college student and spend many hours sitting at my desk studying and it is perfectly comfortable the whole time. It is a very sturdy chair. My only complaint is the grey color comes off easily if scratched. That being said I rub this chair against the wall or my desk and it only has a few scratches.
