So far so good. Very comfortable. Very nice looking....not cheap. Assembly was ok....not too complicated but did take both of us. My husband only hollered once....not bad for a DIY. If we have no problems I will probably buy another one. The only con I have is that my computer desk meets the arm rests so I need to lower it somewhat and I would prefer the higher position. Not the chair’s fault though but something to consider.

Quality Control was lost on the chair I purchased

Chair arrived with a large hold in the shipping box. Unfortunately I wasn't home when the chair was delivered I would not had accepted the delivery. As I began to assemble the chair I found one of the insert nuts on the bottom of the seat was not secured which allowed it to turn when trying to thread the bolt in to tighten the plate to the seat. When I tried to attach the right arm rest to the seat the rear insert nut was stripped not allowing the bolt to be threaded in which didn't allow the arm rest to be fastened to the seat. I packed the chair into the shipping box and returned it to Staples and got my money back. Very bad quality control for this manufacturer's product. Would not recommend this product.
