Straight from the box we have 2 issues. One issue is the backrest part has a scuff mark and part of the wire is sticking out: I'm afraid over time that this part will dig into the seat and eventually tear it. Second is the plastic collar over the telescopic part is cracked. I have taken pictures of these issues in lieu of getting replacement parts. Else we love this chair!

The Chair looks formidable but is basically easy to assemble and is very comfortable. It doesn't have some of the "bells and whistles" that others have but serves its purpose very well and is well priced.
