I've had this chair for 1 month & 10 days and I guess it can't be returned now. It all of the sudden started leaning towards the left really hard. I weigh 140 pounds so it has nothing to do with weight. Looks like I'm going to have to get something different.

I ordered the grey one. The shipment arrived quickly. It’s nice looking and more casual than the black one. Very comfortable as well. Unfortunately when I tried to assemble it I discovered that screw holes in the bottom of the seat did not line up with the metal attachment. I called Product Support and a replacement seat was delivered a few days later. That seat’s screw holes correctly matched the frame. I was told to discard the defective seat.
