It was easy to put together it's a deep wide seat with padded arm rests it's a substantial chair the grey helps with that so it doesn't take over the room. It's not ergonomic or anything fancy but it's very comfy and my back and butt don't kill me after sitting for period of time.

Not only is sales associate "Laura" a very competent and personable employee but she guided me to a fantastic office chair. The quality of the Mcallum chair parallels and exceeds many other brands which are significantly more expensive. The next day delivery was great. Assembly instructions were a bit vague & arm rests were slightly awkward to install. Nevertheless I'm well satisfied with my purchase.

I sit for hours at my desk I couldn't ask for a more comfortable chair. I am a little worried about the bonded leather peeling. We will see over time. Hopefully it will not. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
