I've had low back pain for years and have tried several different chairs. They always feel good at first but after sitting in them for an hour or two I've realized they weren't helping my back pain. This is a really good chair for the price & comfortable. If I would change anything it would be to add additional lumbar or back support- that has been a consistent problem with most office chairs where have to buy an attachment pillow or similar. But overall great chair especially for the cost.
