This chair is very well made quality throughout. As soon as I took it out of the box I was impressed. Assembling the back to the armrest was a bit challenging due to required slanted angle and hole was hidden behind the armrest. But after I got it assembled I sat in it and sighed "Ahhhh". A wonderful relief for my back! I highly recommend this chair! I'm thinking of getting another 1 for myself to be used as replacement for my kitchen chair for additional back support!
