Easy to assemble and impossible to have it look "level". Top of chair is lower by 1/2 - 1" on the left than it is on the right. Tried to balance it by adjusting the bolts on the seat and the wheels but no luck. Anybody got any ideas please post it on Staples website. Oh year you can even feel the off balance when sitting in the chair. Annoying.
