The hydraulics failed and the chair will not stay up. This is the replacement of a chair that had the same issue. I'm not sure I want to purchase another one from you. They all keep having the same issue...

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He spends hours at a time playing video games so gaming chairs don’t have the cushioning he desires. After reading the reviews I chose this chair and he absolutely loves it. The leather is pristine and the design is sleek. Took about 30 minutes to put together. Definitely great quality for the price

Quality Control was lost on the chair I purchased

Chair arrived with a large hold in the shipping box. Unfortunately I wasn't home when the chair was delivered I would not had accepted the delivery. As I began to assemble the chair I found one of the insert nuts on the bottom of the seat was not secured which allowed it to turn when trying to thread the bolt in to tighten the plate to the seat. When I tried to attach the right arm rest to the seat the rear insert nut was stripped not allowing the bolt to be threaded in which didn't allow the arm rest to be fastened to the seat. I packed the chair into the shipping box and returned it to Staples and got my money back. Very bad quality control for this manufacturer's product. Would not recommend this product.
