I had a similar chair for 13 years that I got at Staples…..I guess one of the arms suddenly snapped off and was not worth repairing….so I got a new one which I like. It might be just a little less comfortable that my last one but still OK.

Setting up this chair was somewhat challenging. I was able to get it put together by myself after several tries. Once I got it set up it was not comfortable. It leans in a forward position keeping you on the edge of the seat. I returned this item to the store.

The chair was easy to assemble is comfortable to sit in and the adjustments it offers work well. The only thing I'd change on the chair is to make the recline lock allow any recline setting rather than upright only.

So far so good. Chair arrived undamaged no missing parts. Assembly was pretty straight forward. I have not used the chair yet but it looks like it will be fine. Glad it has a long warranty period. Will look to Staples first when looking for other office furniture.

The chair was easy to assemble and is really comfortable. It has helped with my back pain that I experienced with my previous chair so it’s definitely served its purpose. Can’t comment on how it will hold up over time as it’s only been two weeks but so far so good!
