This chair is nice looking well padded and comfortable. However there is some sort of flaw in the connection between the wheelbase and the chair. It cracks pops and snaps after a few months of use. I purchased this chair for another person and their chair did the exact same thing and then the back snapped completely off! Mine popped loudly if I moved at all while sitting. Staples replaced it and the replacement did the exact same thing after a few months. It has a 7 year warranty but the chair lasts about 7 months.

I bought this chair instead of the Lazy Boy due to price. I had tried chair in store. Upon arrival and assembly of the chair the appearance is nice but....it's not near as comfortable as I had though it was or would be. It does go higher than my previous chair. But near the back of the seat it seems a little hard. I just dont seem to fit in the chair seat comfortably. I have had it going on 2 weeks and maybe it still needs broke in but I would recommend trying an alternative. Also I purchased the chair elsewhere but it is same chair.

Feels like you are sitting on a stiff board very uncomfortable. Seat is not the dimensions advertised in the ad. Would not recommend to buy this online. go to a store and look at it first.
