The chair is beautiful and feels great on my back after my last desk chair was starting to hurt. I did have some difficulty in putting the chair together. There were screws that needed to be started by hand before tightening with the Allen wrench. About 8 of these screws you could not get to as they were very deep into the plastic of the chair. They had to be put in these deep holes then good luck finding the entrance for the wrench. You could not get fingers anywhere near them so I don't know what they meant by "hand thread them." Then on the other side of the plastic you had to align with holes that were in the cushion. Well the plastic was right up against the cushion so good luck making sure that as you turned the screws were going in the hole They often went in another direction pushing off the side of the cushion. At these ventures two people are needed one to hold the whole apparatus in place and one to guide the screws. Took quite a while and much pushing on the fabric to try to see the holes in the cushion. so that was monumental getting that step done. I'm sure guys who put these together have their tricks but I am no handyman. It is all done now and a joy to sit in.
This chair was extremely easy to put together with the detailed instructions. It is so comfy I almost wanted to sleep in it! It is very good looking too!
