I would recommend this chair for anyone who sits at a desk 8 hours a day. I've tried numerous chairs over the last couple years and this is the best chair I've found. With this chair I no longer have trouble just standing up. And after several weeks I have not had to use a pillow on the seat and I actually took my pillow home. Thumbs Up!
