My office recently transitioned to work from home and my antique office chair just didn't work for 8-10 hours a day. After much research I decided to give this one a try and WOW! It has exceeded all of my expectations. Fairly simple to assemble I had it together in less than an hour. It rolls smoothly on my hardwood floor without marring it so no ugly chair mat is needed. Quite possibly the best online purchase I've ever made. Thank you Staples!!!

This chair has med. firm cushion which I like. The seat is wide and will be comfortable for 200 lbs. user. It is easy to put together by my teenage son without complaining. The downside is I can’t lean back on this chair.

My original order for this chair had to be replaced because of the chair arms were not matching in height. I believe the pre-drilled holes on the seat were slightly off by 1/2". So I called customer service and the exchange process went very smoothly. Staples resent me a new replacement chair the next day! Great work customer service center! The Mcallum BLM chair is nice and comfortable. I can sit in it a full day while working at home. I'm very happy and satisfied with ordering this chair on-line. Overall ordering thru Staples is seamless and efficient and I would be glad to order other items when the need arises. Thanlks
