Three years into ownership and Staples makes you jump through hoops before they will honor the warranty. You need to have the original receipt - regardless of the fact that I've had to call to replace parts before. Doesn't matter if the manufacturing date tag on the bottom of the chair shows it is well within the original warranty period. This is aside from the fact that both the seat and one of the arms have needed to be replaced already on a lightly used chair.
I bought my first office chair at Staples years ago. I thought it was time for an upgrade. Fortunately Staples was having a sale. My new chair was inexpensive and plush. I did not appreciate the heavy pressure to buy the warranty which along with sales tax added about $30.00 to the price. Still it’s a great chair.
This chair is comfortable to sit in BUT the only thing holding the back onto it is the 2 screws on each arm rest and those constantly come loose!! The fact that it’s a month old and they have to be tightened often is ridiculous! I had hopes for this chair and it does look good and it’s super comfortable but the arms are always loose and one day the back will fall off!
Just needed a basic work from home chair. Excellent nearly half off Black Friday deal. Surprised by the cushion comfort and quality. A bit tricky to connect the arms and need two people. Otherwise great value
This chair is extremely comfortable and half the price it used to be and even though none left (except the one on display) you shipped one in and assembled it for me in about 2 days!!!
