Chair does support the lumbar well. The back pops when reclining. A sign the screw arrangement is not sufficient. The seat is slightly wobbly on the pneumatic post. A sign the base assembly is insufficiently sturday for the chair assembly. The mesh is not as thick as I hoped. Overall the chair is of mediocre quality.

It was relatively easy to assemble. The lumbar support is excellent but I wish the headrest was adjustable. It's too low for me.

Interesting that this chair is now listed at Staples for $20.00 less than I paid within the last two weeks. The chair was very easy to unpack all parts were included easy to follow picture instructions. Everything fit perfectly and the chair was fully assembled within minutes.

Comfy but… not the best for Tall People

I’m only 6’1” but I think it’s worth mentioning that when you sit in this chair the head rest will be touching the top of your shoulders. If that is going to bother you then heads up. If you recline all the way back and slouch it’s super comfortable so gamers and movie watchers it’s perfect. But if you like to sit up straight with good posture it may annoy you a little. Otherwise the adjustable lumbar is amazing and somehow the mesh is comfortable for long sitting sessions. I work 9-5 in this chair edit videos and photos for YouTube after work. So yeah
