Only a few steps in assembly were more difficult than they ought to be (suggest adding back to seat before arms or base). There is very limited adjustability and the lumbar support keeps slipping down. But it rolls and operates smoothly.

I've had the chair for just about 2 years and it's already falling apart causing me health issues. The mesh sags the seat base squeaks and has gotten loose where it tilts right and most importantly the piston doesn't keep the chair in the same position. I have strained a muscle in my shoulder because of this changing position as I use the chair for my work from home job. Recommend spending a little more and getting a better chair as I now have to do that anyway!

I love this chair! My doctor recommended an ergonomic chair for all over back pain. I noticed relief on the first day. I love that the arm rests are adjustable. The lumbar and upper back support are fantastic. I definitely recommend this chair!
