Excellent chair very comfortable. My only complaint is on putting it together. I found it to be no problem until the head rest. For some reason lining that up gave me difficulties. It was probably me.

I first bought this chair back in 2020. I loved it. I spent a little too much time in it and it had sunk more towards the ground and I couldn't fix it. Unfortunately my warranty had expired as well. I was excited to see Staples still carrying this chair 4 years later. I got it on sale and it is just as great as my first one! This time I got a 5 year warranty on it in case I sit in this one too much too.

I spent a lot of money on an ergonomic gamer chair with a foot stool and neck support. I visited a friend sat in this chair fell in love went home and bought it. On sale next day delivery. Easy assembly. Soooo comfortable and supportive. 100% recommend. Manufacture recommendation - handles could use some cushion to support my elbows.

The lumbar support is a little bit too pronounced. However it is easy to get used to. Not sure I will have this chair for a long time as I might need a cushioned/executive chair in the future but for now it works perfectly!

We bought this to replace a traditional cushioned office chair. I had some doubts about the ability of the mesh to support but liked the idea of good airflow. To my pleasant surprise the mesh is very supportive and comfortable feeling just as comfortable as a cushion. I also like the easy adjustments for leaning back.
