We bought this to replace a traditional cushioned office chair. I had some doubts about the ability of the mesh to support but liked the idea of good airflow. To my pleasant surprise the mesh is very supportive and comfortable feeling just as comfortable as a cushion. I also like the easy adjustments for leaning back.

Sure it was great at first. But after a year or so the mesh on the bottom started pulling out and tearing. So I tried putting it back but that only works for a wgile. Eventually I had to get another chair. This time without the mesh. I will add that I am a bit larger than average (6'4" and 300+ lbs.) and that was probably a factor.

Chair is comfortable for me. The lumbar support felt just right. Adjustment for height seat depth and resistance to leaning back are all easy to use and intuitive. What was a pleasant surprise was how easy it was to assemble. All the fasteners are packaged in a group and labeled so no digging figuring and sorting. A single allen wrench fits all and is supplied. No other tools needed. There were no sharp corners and everything lined up and fit perfectly.

Been looking for replacement of a more than 30 years old office chair before the Covid pandemic. Every time sit on a displaced chair it seems more comfortable than my old one yet skepticism got hold of me even though it’s easy to return any products bought from reliable companies. The story of this particular brand & model chair was that I sit on it which my brother owned a blue one for more than 6 hours to do my income tax return my butt still feeling normal. That’s why I am now owned a black one!
