The chair is very comfortable seating and I would truly recommend this chair to others. The process of getting the chair delivered to my office (business) was not a good one. I had to call back after two weeks to check on the delivery and it still took another 2-3 days. This issue was other than what I was promised when I purchased the chair.

I went in thinking I would purchase a Tempurpedic chair but ended up with the Dexley Mesh. This chair was supportive without being hard. The head rest is comfortable and adjustable as is the lumbar support. And bonus the price is half of what I would have paid for the other brand. I recommend this chair.

I was skeptical about buying a mesh chair but am really happy I made this purchase. The instructions for assembly were unlike any I've ever seen. Every part was marked and pieces were individually packaged according to the step-by-step instructions. There was absolutely no guess work involved and each piece having been individually packaged according to which step they were was included. (No missing pieces or run aways.) The head rest and lumbar support make this chair comfortable in which to nap. I would recommend this chair in a heartbeat. I couldn't be happier.
