Chair seems sturdy but had a major flaw in that there is only one locked position. That position puts the back in a very uncomfortable place. It makes you feel like you are being pushed forward out of the chair. Chair is being returned.

I love this chair. It is very comfortable and has a multitude of positions (height recline arm rests head rest) that suit my work style. The arm rests are high enough to go over the top of my desk so I can get closer to my computer monitor. The headrest is comfortable and fits just right. Seems very durable but have only had it a few weeks. Highly recommend this chair.
