The chair so far has been comfortable and sturdy. I'm a big man and need a chair that won't squish down by the end of the day. This one doesn't. The first chair I got came broken but Staples was great to quickly replace it for me.

I received this chair as an early birthday present to replace my existing horrible uncomfortable noisy computer chair. We chose it thinking that the mesh fabric would be breathable and prevent perspiration. I was not expecting it to be comfortable let alone as comfortable as it actually is. I rarely sit in my recliner anymore because this is much more comfortable. I have myriad health issues that cause acute back pain and couldn't sit for more than an hour at a time before. Now I can sit as long as I want without incident. I wish we'd purchased it sooner. Oh I am also a large man in excess of 6' and 275lbs. The chair supports me very well.

It was delivered to our home! It was easy to put together! It seems just as comfortable as when I sat in it in your showroom! Love the lumbar support Still trying to play with all the adjustments... but so far I am very happy with my purchase! I have been looking for a comfortable mesh chair for a while (fabric and leather are way too hot for me). Oh yeah .. and it was on sale.

The chair is significantly lower that my other office chairs placing my handle too low to comfortably type. The web seat sags to the point that it presses against the sides of my legs in an uncomfortable way. I am trying to decide whether to pack it back up and return it to Staples.

I resorted to putting the base right side up to install the wheels putting them in one by one on a hard surface and banging down on the base with my hand. Once assembled chair is good enough that I still gave it 5 stars although the adjustment for the back support is hard to turn.
