The chair is comfy! I will give it that my only issue is it does t stay fully upright to the way I want it when I first got it after a couple days if I even lean back a little bit (even with it locked in place) it pushes back until it locks. I want to be able to apply ANY pressure and the backrest won’t lean.

Never pay full price for one of these - they are usually on sale

VERY easy to assemble with the included allen wrench. Parts well marked color coded it. Assembled in quickly. We have two - one person likes the head rest one does not. We did "behind and fit" test of many chairs there and found this one with the head rest and lumbar to be the most supportive.

I can sit in this chair for long periods of time without getting uncomfortable or having any muscle soreness. I'm an elderly person who sits a lot for my work.

I love this chair. East to put together and by far the most comfortable chair I have owned for my desk!

This is a nice chair with a "cushy" seat. The instructions are a bit vague as there are only pictures no written instructions. I would give it 5 stars if the instructions were better.
