VERY easy to assemble with the included allen wrench. Parts well marked color coded it. Assembled in quickly. We have two - one person likes the head rest one does not. We did "behind and fit" test of many chairs there and found this one with the head rest and lumbar to be the most supportive.

The chair is comfy! I will give it that my only issue is it does t stay fully upright to the way I want it when I first got it after a couple days if I even lean back a little bit (even with it locked in place) it pushes back until it locks. I want to be able to apply ANY pressure and the backrest won’t lean.

This is a nice chair with a "cushy" seat. The instructions are a bit vague as there are only pictures no written instructions. I would give it 5 stars if the instructions were better.

Very comfortable. Mesh will be great in the summer giving better air circulation. Headrest is just right for me. Lumbar support very good. Easy to assemble except for the feet: needed a younger stronger guy to push them into place. Manager at Staples pointed it out to me along with customer's positive and negative comments.
