This chair looks good and is comfortable to sit in. It is easy to adjust. I love the head rest it helps when my neck is fatigued. It is ideal when sitting for long periods of time.

The chair is comfortable. Put the seat doesn't stay up. I am constantly getting up to heighten the seat. Does this chair have a lock system for the chair height? I've had it since March. At first it didn't bother me because it happened everyone in a while. Now I have to stand every 15 minutes to raise the seat back up

The chair was comfortable in the store. But when I started using it my home office it fell short. After only a couple hours my back and butt we’re killing me. I tried several different adjustments to no avail. After trying for a week to get used to it I gave up and returned it. That’s where Staples get high marks. They didn’t even make me dismantle the chair and box it up. Simply rolled the chair into the store and the manager credited my card. Will definitely buy from them again.
