I was seeking an office chair with more adjustability than the one I had and that was also not bulky leather or cushion material that would easily flatten over time. Dexley fits the bill. It has adjustable lumbar support armrests headrest height and tilt resistance plus the seat edge dips down for a more comfortable position for my knees. The mesh material makes this seat compact without sacrificing any seat space. I got it for $170 so it was a pretty good deal!
I've been looking for a chair like this for a long time. I wanted something that looked more like an executive chair but hate those fake leather ones that don't adjust where you need it. This chair is extremely comfortable to sit in all day. I have a broken tailbone and no issues with sitting this chair. The neck rest is to die for! It really helps when the day is long and I'm tired. All the adjustments and modern styling make this an ideal chair for me. I couldn't love it any more than I do.
So far my perception is it is a decent chair. Time will tell on how well it holds up. It is functional and does a good job providing support while in proper sitting position so I guess in that respect it promotes good posture. The hard edges on the side of the seat are not comfortable if you like to sit "unproperly" for example with one leg under you or off to the side. Other chairs with a soft padded seat are probably better if you want a cushy seat but again that isn't really the best posture so I guess depends on what you are looking for. I will say I wasn't sure if I'd like the head rest but actually find it nice to have and very supportive. Other features like seat height arm rest height lumbar support all seem solid.
