Comfortable and sturdy. Would like an adjustment for the seat pan however there’s enough room in the seat and lower back area to adequately support someone with longer than average legs. Good product for a very reasonable price (and this is coming from someone with experience buying and installing high end corporate office equipment like Steelcase Knoll and Herman Miller.
This chair was purchased for work from home. It works beautifully and is multiply adjustable. I especially love the cushioned head rest and the ability of the back to recline when you need to stretch or change positions. It honestly reminds me of a favorite recliner that was so comfortable you could sleep in it. This chair resolved back and neck fatigue instantly and I love how many adjustments the design allows. Great purchase.
Dexley chair is good for tall people 6 ft and above. The lowest position of arms are too high for short people. Tilt control is not satisfactory. Requires tilt lock. For short people the back support only starts at mid back.
I was seeking an office chair with more adjustability than the one I had and that was also not bulky leather or cushion material that would easily flatten over time. Dexley fits the bill. It has adjustable lumbar support armrests headrest height and tilt resistance plus the seat edge dips down for a more comfortable position for my knees. The mesh material makes this seat compact without sacrificing any seat space. I got it for $170 so it was a pretty good deal!
This is the fourth chair I have purchased since working from home and I love it!! The other chairs I ordered online from other vendors - this one I was able to go into Staples and actually sit in it.
