This is definitely one of the nicer chairs I've used for sitting at work. I thought the headrest would be pointless but it's amazingly helpful. My biggest complaint is I thought the tilt lock would allow me to lock the tilt of the chair in a desired position but it only allows me to prevent the chair from leaning back.

Switched to am ergonomic chair since working from home to ease back issues. noticed an immediate difference in the comfort of this chair and the breathability it provides with the mesh seat and backing. Though I am handy I found this product very easy to assemble with all parts labeled clearly. The screws were even packaged and labeled by the step they were to be used in. Highly recommend

It took about an hour to assemble but the instructions were clear and the parts and tools well labeled. I bought a second one for my hone office and will recommend more for our business office.

I thought it would sit up higher than it actually does. The chair is no good to me.

Very good chair. Great value for the price. Working from home wanted something similar and more affordable of what we have in the office and this is as good as it gets.

Bought it for wife she was having backpack. Only had this for about a week but so far she liked it. I will update after trying for some more time.

This chair was delivered last week after I purchased it within a Staples store. Assembly was smooth as the instructions are clear. Using a drill if you have one will definitely expedite the process. The chair itself is great. I'm a very big guy (320 lbs). The chair holds up great. The lumbar support in the back is exactly what I needed. I can see this chair lasting quite a while. If you're apprehensive feel free to go for it.

Have been working from home for a few months now and needed to get a better chair and this was a good fit and on sale at local Staples but they didn't have any in stock at the store so they staff ordered for me online at the store and has worked out just great!
