Chair is comfortable but I am a big and tall guy. The headrest is stationary and not adjustable. Have not been able to get the chair to feel firm. It always goes to the back posiiton.

Doesn’t look comfortable but looks are deceiving. Would give 5 stars if headrest came forward more needs just a little more adjustment capabilities. But really helps with long hours behind a desk 8-10 hours

Switched to am ergonomic chair since working from home to ease back issues. noticed an immediate difference in the comfort of this chair and the breathability it provides with the mesh seat and backing. Though I am handy I found this product very easy to assemble with all parts labeled clearly. The screws were even packaged and labeled by the step they were to be used in. Highly recommend
