I was recently having significant back pains so the new chair purchase was a must. My neighbor purchased a similar chair from Staples which I in turn went to go buy...this one was on sale at the time & I found the back arch support was sturdier. All in all a satisfied purchase.

I love the comfort of the chair. One of the best ergonomic chairs. Back cushion can be improved a little bit. Currently I need to push little hard in reclining to 100 or 110 degree angle. Otherwise excellent no issues

This is the easiest-to-assemble piece of office furniture I've ever purchased. The screws were in separate pockets each labeled for the matching assembly step in the instructions. I put it together in less than half an hour and I'm lucky I know how to use a screwdriver. The chair itself is quite comfortable. I would definitely get this again.
