Love the chair but the seat was broke when we took it out of the box. I had to take back to store to exchange

Great chair with good lumbar and upper back supports. Delivered right to my home in less than a week! The set-up instructions were easy to understand and it took me less than an hour to assemble.

I got this a week ago and after putting it together it's not bad considering that it was onsale and for 180 is a great buy but i was hopping for more adjustments. but It will do. One star off because the of the pre-tapped screw hole was pretty bad. I had to use a socket wrench to get pass the bad tap on the top. the included allen wrench wouldn't of done it.

It didn't include a recliner so I was not very happy about it. Most chairs include recliners now. Especially now that we have to work from home.
