The chair has flexible seat and back but there is hard plastic frame on the seat makes it uncomfortable to sit. I returned the chair after couple of days.

I am really enjoying this chair the mesh is very supportive while also being very comfortable. I love the adjustable lumbar support and arm rests and it reclines nicely without feeling like it's going to buck me off.

Chair is very comfortable. Assembly instructions are vague. Parts can be installed backwards if you are not careful. Instructions could be better to prevent this.

This chair is garbage lasted a year then it started "sinking" when you sit in it. If you like it as low to the ground as it will go then its the chair for you! Otherwise keep looking. Garbage!!!!!
