Great chair! Feels good and gives good back support. Only reason I didn't rate 5 is because the headrest while optional isn't as adjustable as I'd like. I'd like it if I could raise it up just a smidgen. I'm 5'10" and it feels like the headrest should be just a bit higher. Anyway great chair! I am satisfied with my purchase!

I purchased this chair after reading thew reviews. I need to work longer hours at home due to Covid so needed a comfortable chair that was easy to assemble. This chair certainly delivered. I ordered this from the local store location so that I could get the price match which was inconvenient as it seems to make sense that the prices online should match the lowest store price automatically but other than the inconvenient customer service and the attitude of the manager the chair itself is a good product.
