Only thing wrong is you can’t adjust height of headrest. Therefore for me it’s not usable. Otherwise the chair is great.

This chair is well made and comfortable. The cervical and lumbar support are better in this chair than all of the others I sat in even those that cost double what this one does. This chair makes it a bit easier to sit up correctly rather than slinging you backward instantly when you lean back a bit like many desk chairs. The arm rests raise and lower several inches to adjust to your arm length. All in all a really nice chair!
