Everything adjusts for comfort and to contour to ones body.? The tilt and lock feature is the one feature of this chair that does not work.

I believe this was an excellent choice and glad I made this purchase. The chair arrived on time as promised in fact the very next day and it was so easy to assemble and the parts were listed and marked quite well. As for the chair itself it is very comfortable and I like the style of it and it fits our needs very well. I would highly recommend this chair for anyone either for home or office use. Thank you JB
