It's more comfortable than the chair it replaced but I wish I could crank it up just a bit higher. Other than that I'm happy with it.

I returned it the day after I bought it. Not nearly enough back support.

The Product: Assembly required no tools other than the Allen wrench enclosed in the package. Instructions for assembly were clear and well-written. Packaging of the attaching hardware was brilliant--having a compartment of hardware for each assembly step. The graphics were a little hard to read but essentially not a show stopper. The chair is comfortable and easily adjusted to my needs. The wheels are a little on the cheaply-built side but still allow me to move while seated. Overall a good experience! I will probably buy another product like this from this manufacturer based on my experience with this one. The Service: My experience purchasing this item was enabled by a knowledgeable Staples staff member who was professional engaging and courteous. He wasn't pushy about the sale and was informative enough to enable me to make the decision that I felt was right for me at the time. Please convey my appreciation to your staff!

I was concerned about my purchase - but in the end I really really enjoy this chair. Spending hours and hours in endless Zoom calls and I never once felt any but comfort.
