It's a nice enough chair however there is no way to lock in a seat tilt or back recline; that is what lowered the rating as this is very important. What I do like is the arm adjustment headrest and the back lumbar adjustment along with the height adjustment.

Now that I spend so many hours a day in front of my computer my old desk chair was just not cutting it. I was having terrible back pain at the end of each day. I decided to invest in this chair after reading the reviews and testing out all of the chairs at my local staples. Yes its pricey - but its worth it! I haven’t had back pain since!!
