Like the adjustments for arm height & seat height. Also like the upright back support with the headrest. Nice chair. Plus fits lady's bottoms!

I ordered it for delivery and put it together myself. The assembly wasn't difficult. The chair is much more comfortable than the two chairs that it replaced. I wasn't expecting this to compete with a Herman Miller or Steelcase chair for the cost. After sitting in it for eight hours throughout the work day my back isn't hurting and the chair seems like it will hold up for a while.
