Don’t waste your money

Product is genuinely horrible. Wheels DO NOT lock in even after sitting on chair. Sat down wheels popped out right beneath me. I weigh 155 lbs. So horrendous.

As soon as I sat in this chair I felt a huge amount of relief. Everything about it is perfect. Even the knob underneath loosens the tension of the back recline feature.

Very nice chair. Instructions were very easy to follow to put the chair together. The mesh scratches my legs so I use a cushion. I think I just need to get use to it sitting. My old chair I had for many many years. I like that it reclines back and swivels.

Purchased 2 months ago- recline feature broke

Not a well constructed chair. I purchased it (2) months ago and after 2 months of use the chair suddenly will not recline. It does not feel well made- the armrests are loose. I am hopeful that I will either be able to repair or replace the chair. Not happy that after only 2 months- I am already having issues. Buyer beware!
