I was skeptical about the mesh thinking it wouldn't give enough and hurt my rear or give too much and not give my back enough support but it's perfect. No pain in either body part despite sitting all day! Great lumbar support! Best desk chair I've ever used - wish I'd replaced the old one much sooner! Not hard to put together - took just over an hour - needed a bit of help centering the seat on the center pole and with getting the headpiece situated correctly and bolted on. And I love the blue! Fantastic!

Within moments of sitting down in the chair I was asleep. As I woke 9 hours later the head support cradled my head like a mother cradling her newborn baby. Boy was I hungry. I jumped in the car and drove down to my local convenient store for a snack. While I was there I purchased a lottery ticket and won $100K on a scratch off! None of this would have been possible without this chair. Thanks Staples!

Chair is ok. I was hoping for a more. Biggest disappointment is the seat. The cushion under the front edge of the seat mesh diggs into my legs - the mesh in the middle of the seat is tight and firm but the mesh gets more loose near the front of the seat. Assembly was super easy but one of the screws stripped in assembly so hope I never have to try to tighten it. Have not used or attached the headrest yet.

Great chair though have yet to sit on it for many consecutive hours. I assembled myself with no help and no need for tools (other than what was provided). Wheels need to be pushed hard into place...this was the hardest part. The I got all the wheels in except one...I had to very gently rotate a knife in the opening to shave off a dusting then it went in with some force (like the others).

I bought this in January 2020. Now in December 2020 I already have to get another chair because this one is defective. It cannot hold its position when I sit on it it sink all the way to the floor. And no it is not because I am a large guy.
