Got this chair for x-mas to replace an old wooden favorite that broke after ~50 years continuous service. Box is fairly heavy. Chair is easy to put together all screws are color coded for the different assembly parts (arm rests back under chair piston assembly) and all can be installed with the single provided Allen Wrench. Total assembly time about 15 minutes leisurely. Comfy to sit on head rest is adjustable and OK for people ~ 5’2" - 6’2”. Not sure if I (and my kids) will get 50 years out of this one but initial quality impression is positive.

It is an excellent well-made chair that wasn't too difficult to put together. My one complaint is that it rolls a bit too much on hardwood floors but that's easily fixed with a small rug.
