I needed to replace a chair that I got when my office closed (COVID) and came home with me. It was an $1100 chair so the bar was set pretty high. For the price this far I would say you can't beat this one. It's comfortable supportive and solidly built. It's largely plastic but certainly feels strong at this point. I'd buy it again.

The chair is well built and sit’s comfortably for a couple of hours also the headrest comes in handy when you need to recline . However the armrests could be better padded . Would recommend chair to anyone looking to buy

For me this chair is not comfortable at all and is causing the shoulder pain. Also I believe returns are not so easy in staples and this shows item is not eligible for return.
