I love my new chair. It is so comfortable while offering support. I like how customizable this chair is. I am able to place the lumbar support and headrest where it is best for my body. I also like being able to adjust the arm rest to fit under my desk at school. I would recommend this chair for anyone who sits at a desk for work or school.

Terrible design flaw... The center post that inserts into the base pushed through the bottom of the base and is now too low and drags on the floor scratching my floor. I've tried everything to get it out but it's stuck. Of course I bought the 3 year protection plan and this happens just after the 3 year period is up!

This is one of the most comfortable office chairs that I have ever owned but it drives my wife nuts because it squeaks whenever I sit and stand especially if I push on an arm rest. I have tried taking it apart spraying silicone and reassembling only to have it continue to squeak. I don't even pay attention to it so it doesn't bother me but if I'm using it late at night she wakes up. The sitting material breathes really well providing far more ventilation than most other chairs. I also like the adjustability of the lumbar pad and neck rest.

This office chair was part of my Christmas 2024. The chair provides good back and neck support. The chair is made from a stiff nylon mesh allowing for ventilation. Should be much cooler to sit in. Several adjustable features. I'm happy with this chair!
