Need to improve the head rest installation

Putting the head rest on took longer than putting the whole entire chair together. That is certainly an area that needs better installation instead of screwing into plastic and having to line it up perfectly to the chair. Seems comfortable with good back support My other chair was about 15 years old and working from home it became too uncomfortable. I like the mesh it should be good in warm weather It did have good directions and went together easy enough When I read reviews they either gave up on the head rest install or took a lot of time. It is a a little squeeky when you move around I am only 5'7" so the seat is a little long. I seems firm enough though. I bought this on line without ever sitting in it

Easy chair to set up clear and concise instructions all parts labelled well and feel like they are of good quality. Chair itself is plenty big for me and I am 300lbs 6'. The adjustment is decent and mesh is breathable. The mesh is a little harsh on bare skin but I also think it might be a little better once the chair wears in a bit more 9/10 so far! The only thing I would change is more adjustments - This is my work from home chair and my Aeron at work is still better but it is also $1100 more expensive

The chair is comfortable and supportive but the back can lock only in the fully upright position and I sometimes like a bit of a recline without having to constantly push against the chair's back spring.

This chair is very good my posture. I can pull up close to the desk and I am forced to sit correctly. Since it has a mesh back/bottom it allows me to stay cool.
